Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Led integration and optimization of YOLOv5/v7/v9 models for CV pipelines. Enhanced CoreML inference on Apple Silicon, and developed pose-based action recognition models. Integrated Florence-2 and SmolVLM-256M for scene understanding and collaborated with product teams to align CV/ML initiatives with business objectives.
Master’s Thesis Student / Research Assistant
Developed DynaMITe, an efficient Transformer-based architecture for multi-instance interactive object segmentation. The work was accepted at ICCV 2023 and as a spotlight paper at the Transformers for Vision Workshop, CVPR 2023. Achieved expertise in multi-GPU training across distributed nodes.
Machine Learning Engineer
Created a TensorFlow Lite and OpenPose-based pose detection solution. Built a music recommendation engine for the Samsung music app and prototyped a smart volume control system using voice detection. Mentored intern teams in GAN-based facial editing and CNN-based image grouping projects.
